What are the qualifications?
- You have never been married to your child’s parent, and
- The court has issued a paternity order, or you and the other parent signed a paternity affidavit, and
- The court has not issued a parenting time order, and
- You would like to start getting parenting time with your child, and
- You and the other parent agree you should have parenting time with your child
