Minor Guardianship Without Consent
This form may be helpful if you want to ask the court to appoint you as the guardian of a minor child when the child’s living parents or other interested parties do not consent to the guardianship. An interested party might be 1.) adults the child has lived with during the past sixty (60) days, and 2.) the child if they are 14 years old or older.
