The forms may be helpful if you want to ask the court to expunge (seal) for an arrest or criminal record. Not every criminal record can be expunged.

What are the qualifications?

1. You understand we recommend you speak to an attorney before completing these forms.
2. You understand that you can only have your convictions expunged once in your lifetime and that any future convictions cannot be expunged.
3. You understand that convictions include plea bargains and guilty pleas.
4. You understand that you must file in each and every county you have a conviction in.
5. You understand that you must include all of your convictions in each and every county on your petition. This means all felonies and misdemeanors, including misdemeanor convictions related to traffic offenses.
6. You understand that you must file a petition in each and every county you have a conviction in, within one year after you file your first petition.
7. You understand that if you fail to follow the instructions provided here it may result in you being unable to have some or all of your convictions expunged.
