Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence
The Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence provides, through its provider member programs, civil legal assistance to survivors in their divorce, paternity and housing legal cases. Survivors working with their DV program advocates can be referred with their assistance. Additionally, when direct representation is not possible, ICADV offers monthly “Pro Se Legal Clinics” and pro se filing assistance when possible.

Survivors of domestic violence who have questions about housing can call or text the Legal Housing Hotline at (317) 762-5115.
The application is only available to domestic violence programs that ICADV works with. It is not open to survivors directly. Survivors must work with a victim advocate to fill it out. The application seeks to capture information such as, nature of legal assistance sought, basic demographic information, brief description of the legal issue. It takes about 15 minutes to complete the application.
