All Other Indiana Residents

The Indiana Emergency Rental Assistance Program (IERA) continues to provide financial assistance for rent and utility payments for Indiana residents whose income has been negatively impacted by the pandemic.

If you are currently receiving rental assistance or have applied and are waiting to see if you are eligible, please call or email customer service at (317) 800-6000 or IERA@ihcda.in.gov. Be sure to leave a voicemail on the customer service line. Calls are not answered but messages are returned. Message should include:

Name listed on the rental assistance application
Address listed on the rental assistance application
Application number (if available)
A contact phone number or email
