Volunteer Lawyer Program of Northeast Indiana
Volunteer Lawyer Program of Northeast Indiana’s staff of paralegals provide assistance in the form of case intake, placement of clients with volunteer attorneys who handle cases pro bono, and brief legal information and/or referral. Applicants must qualify at 200% or below the federal poverty guidelines and the legal matter must be in an area of law and scope of civil legal assistance. They do not assist with any criminal matters or cases that are currently with DCS.
