Civil Protection Order Clinic

The IU Maurer School of Law Civil Protection Order Clinic (CPOC) specializes in helping individuals in obtaining or retaining civil protection orders by assisting with the required forms and representation in court in civil protection order cases. Law faculty attorneys and law students (under the supervision of the faculty) represent clients who need legal assistance obtaining or renewing civil protection orders (“CPO’s”). They do not generally assist with family law litigation.
