Tippecanoe County Eviction Legal Clinic

Join us for our Eviction Legal Aid Clinic, a free and limited-scope service designed to provide assistance with eviction-related matters. The clinic takes place on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm (Eastern). This clinic is conducted in-person at the Tippecanoe County Central Office (Old YMCA Building), Basement, Lafayette, IN. To ensure a scheduled consultation with a volunteering attorney and receive relevant advice, resources, and referrals regarding eviction and housing-related issues, we kindly request that you register in advance. While walk-ins and call-ins are welcomed, priority will be given to those with pre-scheduled appointments. Walk-ins and call-ins without prior appointments will be assisted on a first come, first served basis, subject to volunteer availability.
