Tippecanoe County Eviction Legal Advice Clinic

This is a free, limited scope legal advice clinic for Indiana renters who are facing an eviction or housing instability, have questions regarding the eviction process or how to seal an eviction. Indiana residents may meet with a volunteer attorney for free 15 to 20 minutes to discuss their eviction related issue.

This is an in-person clinic, and a volunteer attorney is on-site to provide limited scope legal advice. The clinic is held in the basement. The accessible entrance is located on the north side of the building, at the bottom of the hill. This facility is the old YMCA located across the street from Lafayette Jeff High School.
