Suspended Driver’s License Legal Assist Clinic

Get the guidance and support you need to navigate a suspended driver's license at our free, in-person clinic. A volunteering attorney will be onsite to review Indiana driver's records and discuss the details of your license suspension(s). Gain insights into the reasons behind your suspension(s) and explore legal options, including resolving fines, completing required courses, or meeting other obligations. Eligible participants can receive assistance with pro se forms for specialized driving privileges and potentially waiving BMV reinstatement fees. Discover additional community resources available to support you. No appointment necessary, but preferred. See below for registration details and the necessary information to bring to the Clinic.

Walk-ins are welcomed. Please come to the Clinton Co. Courthouse with a COPY of Indiana Driver’s Record obtained within last 60 days. Pro Bono Indiana, Inc. will be located in a small meeting room on the 3rd floor located to the right of the Superior Court Office. You may text “License” to (765) 421-6558 and a legal navigator will contact you within 48 hours to share clinic information and resources.

This clinic is held on the 1st Eviction Monday of each month through January 2025. Here are the remainder clinic dates:
