Montgomery County Eviction Defense Clinic

This clinic is for residents of Montgomery County who need assistance with evictions (filed and/or notice provided), eviction sealings, housing instability and/or inhabitability, landlord/tenant related issues, eviction process, and Judicare Program. Walk-ins are welcome. Registration is preferred. Appointments will be assisted during blocked times. Walk-ins will be assisted on first come, first serve basis. This clinic has a virtual meeting option. Register using the link provided below.
