The Pro Bono (Free) Attorneys available at the Help Desk can help tenants understand the eviction process, provide information about damages hearings, discuss possible defenses and provide guidance on eviction sealing. If you are facing eviction, it is recommended that you speak with an attorney before your hearing. Pro Bono (Free) Attorneys are also available to answer questions after your hearing.
