Allen County Tenant Assistance

Allen County Tenant Assistance provides free, in-person legal assistance to residents involved in eviction proceedings at the Allen County Small Claims Court. Volunteer attorneys can answer questions about the eviction and eviction sealing process, explain what to expect in court, and help individuals understand their rights and options. Priority is given to participants who have hearings scheduled that day.

Please bring all materials related to your case, including lease agreements, notices, court documents, and any printed communications or photos you plan to present to the court. The clinic is held on Fridays during eviction hearings. If the court is closed, the clinic will not be held.
