National CDC Moratorium (Pause) On Eviction

CDC Eviction Moratorium Extended

The CDC has extended the eviction moratorium through October 3, 2021 for counties hardest hit by COVID-19.  This means that a person cannot be evicted because they have not paid rent until after October 3, 2021 if they live in a covered county.  A person CAN be evicted for other reasons, like not following the lease or rental agreement. A person should pay their rent if they are able. More information is available below.
